Yes. Macronova contains milk protein, so it is not dairy-free or vegan. Some flavors also contain peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame. Before you order, read your flavor’s ingredient list and allergy warnings. Check any notes about shared facilities, too.

Macronova contains vitamins that degrade with heat, light, and air. Keep macronova in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. After opening, reseal the pack tightly or use an airtight container to help keep it crisp. Check the date printed on your pack.
