Serious about the details.

Why are some Daily Values above 100%?

We use the same Macronova micronutrient formulation in every flavor, but some flavors contain naturally more nutrient-dense ingredients that contribute more to the overall nutrition profile. All levels are well within recommended guidelines for safe daily consumption.

What does “bioavailable form” mean?

“Bioavailable form” refers to the form of a nutrient and how it can affect absorption and use in the body. We detail the forms used in Macronova so you can be fully aware of what you're consuming. Some forms are broken down and used by the body differently. Vitamin A, for example, has several chemical structures that are collectively called vitamin A, but they are metabolized in very different ways. This can affect their efficacy, and some studies show certain forms are much more useful to the body than others.

Where do the micronutrients come from?

Some occur naturally in the whole-food ingredients, while others come from the micronutrient blend. Each ingredient detail lists the source and form; the Nutrition Facts panel on each flavor provides the exact amounts.
